Helping the Community

 The WordToTheFamily Organization empowers all people to participate actively in the community to help with elderly men and women. In addition to providing them with support, our goal is to help them make the best decisions and get them the help needed. Why should you participate? Well, the presence of someone to talk to and hear what they have to say is often appreciated. Elderly people enrich our lives in numerous ways, and they are precious treasures to us. We benefit greatly from their wisdom and experience. It is our time that can be the most valuable gift we can offer to them in appreciation, not the material things they may offer. A growing number of older individuals are becoming more connected to the world through many things. Checking in on elderly people can be a great help. Most older people suffer from loneliness and isolation so making a call or visiting can also help them in a way. Older people of society are very variable since they have experience with so much. The older they get; the harder things will be for them. Especially with new things and how they get treated in the community. Luke chapter 6, verse 31 states "And as you wish that others would do to you, do so to them." This verse stands out in our organization since there are many times to where older people aren't getting enough help and are treated horribly. Standing up for them and getting them the help they need is the best thing we can do. We should also provide support and understanding to those who have gone through similar experiences. We should strive to create an environment of acceptance and understanding, so that everyone feels safe and respected. It is always best to stop and give some time to the people. Addressing potential hazards to make their living environment safer for them. It is important for older individuals to live in a safe environment as this contributes to their well-being and confidence. Our organization is dedicated to providing support to those in need by offering assistance with food, clothing, and minor carpentry services. We understand the challenges many individuals and families face, and we aim to alleviate some of those burdens by ensuring access to essential resources.
